Mother Plucker Feather Company ships worldwide many countries.

The importing and exporting of feathers is regulated by The USDA and The US Fish and Wildlife Service. All of our feathers are humanely sourced, and acquired following strict ethical guidelines set forth by appropriate governing agencies.

Based on past experience, we do not have trouble shipping to the following countries:

All territories of Canada
Australia and New Zealand
Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama
Brazil
All 28 European Union Countries which are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
All 4 countries of The United Kingdom which are: England, Wales and Scotland, Northern Ireland

If your country is not on the list, we can research the rules and explore options for you.

We have shipped to other countries on the list, but some countries present more obstacles than others when passing goods through customs clearance.

Documentaion

Depending on the type of feather, specific documentation may be required for a successfully exported shipment including the following:

USDA: Veterinary Health Certificate
Department of Homeland Security: Certificate of Origin (CBP 434)
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service: Declaration for Importation or Exportation (3-177)

Your country may also require you to obtain documentation required for you to complete the importation of goods into your home country. We ask you to also contact your countries appropriate governing agency and complete your importing requirements as well.

Fees

We may charge the following fees to obtain and/or prepare documents for you:

$100 Veterinary Certificate
$35 Certificate of Origin
$93 Declaration for Exportation
